Exciting times! My new 4 week 1:1 package is arriving on 28th October 2024. It's a year late thanks to serious illness knocking me right back
I'm popping in here to remind you that my aim is helping you to THRIVE BOLDLY in life after menopause. My focus is showing you how to take micro steps towards supercharging your nutrition and lifestyle habits with the aim to prioritise you to begin to feel revived, energised yet calm, and taking back control of your life, for you.
My fervent hope is you'll feel empowered to change menopause's impact on you for the better, to nurture your life, ignite your energy and zest for life, in what is an exciting time of your life to flourish.
My heart breaks when I hear you still experience symptoms. Whether it's sleepless nights, stressed, no time for you, your hobbies, joy with loved one or friends.
