Maca, Hazelnut & Almond Truffles
- 40g hazelnut butter (Monki brand)
- 40g almond butter
- 10g maca powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Blend the ingredients, except the sesame seeds, in a mini food processor until combined.
Divide the mixture into 6 and roll each in the palms of your hands until it forms into a ball.
Place the sesame seeds in a ramekin bowl. Roll the balls, one at a time, in the sesame seeds until fully coated.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Eat straight away or refrigerate for later.
