Here's what your 1-hour Menopause Toolkit session looks like:

  • You will have attended the €25 discovery call

  • You will have completed a Pre-session Questionnaire before we meet:
    This helps me target the session to your personal needs

  • 1:1 session (online 60 minute session via Zoom)
    Together we create a 5 step personalised roadmap. It includes nutrition, lifestyle, supplement and testing recommendations. It also includes other holistic and conventional tips and hacks tailored to help you move successfully forward on your menopause journey

    Optional Testing (Additional charges, dependent on what tests are required)

    First we look at optimising nutrition and lifestyle and if we feel testing will help then I will suggest appropriate tests. I will suggest these if moving forward is being hampered and we need to dig deeper than just nutriton and lifestyle.
