Life is too precious and short to be wasted on being miserable
Did you know it is 'Mental Health Awareness Week' in the UK this week?
I did a search to check what is Ireland doing and it will have its own day on 10th October, an annual event.
Given all that is going on in the world I think we should use this week as our mental health check-in with ourselves and loved ones to ensure our mental health is in good nick.
Yes, menopausal women, I'm talking to you. We all know with menopause there is a never ending list of symptoms hot flushes, night sweats, overwhelm, stomach issues, brain fog, but we can be right moody bitches, with mood swings, loss of self esteem, anxiety and of course depression.
Look after yourselves and get the help you need, there is a wide choice of counsellors, coaches, etc working online. Be brave, get the help and get your life back. You have so much to offer than letting menopause rule your life in a negative way. Instead let menopause be the stimulus that drives you to work towards living the life of your dreams.
